ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜೂನ್ 17: ಭದ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದ ಎಡದಂಡೆ ನಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಗೇಟ್ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, 2025 – 26 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನ ಎಡದಂಡೆ ನಾಲೆಗೆ ನೀರು ಹರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಭದ್ರಾ ಯೋಜನಾ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಜೂನ್ 17 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಭದ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದ ಎಡದಂಡೆ ನಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಗೇಟ್ ಅಳವಡಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ರವರ ವರದಿಯಂತೆ, ಗೇಟ್ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಅಂದಾಜು ಒಂದೂವರೆ ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.

ಭದ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದ ಎಡದಂಡೆ ನಾಲೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವ ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟುದಾರರು ಎಡದಂಡೆ ನಾಲೆಯ ನೀರನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ, ಭತ್ತ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನೀರು ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಬೆಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಯಬಾರದು.

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಬೆಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆದು ನಾಲೆಯಿಂದ ನೀರು ಸಿಗದೆ ಬೆಳೆ ನಷ್ಟವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು, ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಭದ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದ ಎಡದಂಡೆ ನಾಲೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವ ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟು ಭಾಗದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತ ಬಾಂಧವರು ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಭದ್ರಾ ಯೋಜನಾ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

In this regard, a notification was issued on June 17. A new gate needs to be installed on the left bank canal of Bhadra reservoir. According to the report of the Bhadravati Executive Engineer, the installation of the gate will require approximately one and a half months.
