ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 25: ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯರು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮಧು ಹೆಚ್ ಎಂ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಸಭೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಖಾತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯರು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜೀವಂತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಗೊಂದಲ ಬೇಡ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ/ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜನವರಿ ಮಾಹೆವರೆಗೆ 107841 ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, 2044 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಐಟಿ/ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಣಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು 304 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ 42 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಎನ್ಪಿಸಿಐ ಬಾಕಿ ಇದ್ದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ನವೆಂಬರ್ ಮಾಹೆವರೆಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಜಮಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ನಭಾಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿವರೆಗೆ 54147 ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿದಾರರು ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 5 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಇಕೆವೈಸಿ ಮಾಡಿಸದೇ ಇರುವ ಪಡಿತರದಾರರು ಇಕೆವೈಸಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಪಡಿತರ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ರದ್ದಾಗಿ ಎಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಆಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪಡಿತರದಾರರು ನಿಗದಿತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಾದ 2 ರಿಂದ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಐಟಿ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ಸ್ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿ ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್, ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಮರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು 1 ರಿಂದ 2 ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದ ಅವರು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ 15 ರಿಂದ 20 ಎಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಯುವನಿಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ 11499 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ಮಾಹೆವರೆಗೆ ರೂ.1,02,46,500 ಹಣ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗೃಹಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, 177290 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.1080678819 ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಈವರೆಗೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ 25437543 ಬಾರಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಿದ್ದು ಶೇ.63.3 ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಶೇ.38.2 ಆದಾಯ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಂದ ಲಭಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಇಓ ಪರಮೇಶ್, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
Opportunity for Family Members to Apply in Case of Gruhalakshmi Beneficiary’s Death
Shivamogga, February 25: Under the Gruhalakshmi scheme, if a registered beneficiary passes away, the funds are transferred in their name. In such cases, the next woman head of the household must inform the authorities and submit a fresh application, said Madhu H. M., Chairman of the Taluk Guarantee Schemes Committee.
He was speaking while presiding over the Taluk Guarantee Schemes progress review meeting held at the Taluk Panchayat auditorium on Wednesday. He explained that details of deceased beneficiaries’ accounts should be provided, and the next woman head of the household must apply anew to avail the benefits. There should be no confusion regarding submission of a “living certificate.” Action will be taken once the government issues an order/circular, he added.
As of January, 107,841 women have registered under the Gruhalakshmi scheme in the taluk, of which 2,044 beneficiaries have been categorized under IT/GST. A total of 304 applications have been received for verification, and 42 beneficiaries’ NPCI issues are under review. Funds have been deposited up to November.
Under the Anna Bhagya scheme, 54,147 BPL ration card holders in the taluk are availing benefits as of February. Those who have not completed e-KYC in the past five years must do so to continue receiving rations. Beneficiaries whose BPL cards have been converted to APL can reapply by submitting documents such as 2–3 years of IT returns, ration card copies, and income certificates. These will be verified within 1–2 weeks. Recently, 15–20 APL cards have been converted back to BPL.
Under the Yuvanidhi scheme, 11,499 students have registered, and by December, ₹1,02,46,500 has been disbursed. The Gruhajyothi scheme has been successfully implemented, with 177,290 beneficiaries receiving subsidies totaling ₹1,080,678,819.
Under the Shakti scheme, women in the taluk have traveled 25,437,543 times so far, with 63.3% of them traveling free of cost, while 38.2% of the revenue has come from fare-paying women passengers. The meeting was attended by members of the Taluk Guarantee Committee, Taluk EO Paramesh, and other taluk-level officials.
