ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 26: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಶಾಸಕ ಡಿ ಎಸ್ ಅರುಣ್ ಅವರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಮಂಜುಶ್ರೀ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಡಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಾದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಬಾಪೂಜಿ ನಗರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ನ ಹೆಸರು ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಡಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ನಿಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಮಿತಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ತುಳಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ನ್ನು ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ, ಅನುದಾನ ರಹಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತಂತೆಯೂ ಶಾಸಕರು ಆಯುಕ್ತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಯುಜಿಸಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ದೊರೆಕಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತುರ್ತು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಡಿ ಎಸ್ ಅರುಣ್ ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಶಾಸಕರ ಕಚೇರಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
Shivamogga Colleges Issue : What Did Legislator D. S. Arun Urge the Commissioner?
Shivamogga, February 26: Regarding the problems faced by various colleges in Shivamogga, Legislative Council member D. S. Arun submitted a memorandum to Manjushree, the Commissioner of the Department of Collegiate and Technical Education in Bengaluru.
He pointed out that in the government order issued by the department concerning the appointment of D-Group staff on an outsourcing basis, the name of Bapuji Nagar Government First Grade College in Shivamogga was missing. He urged immediate action to appoint the required D-Group staff for the college.
The legislator also discussed with the commissioner the issue of Acharya Tulsi National Commerce College, which is run by the National Education Committee in Shivamogga. The college is being converted from a grant-in-aid institution to a non-grant institution, and he raised concerns about this matter.
Additionally, Arun emphasized the need for urgent measures to ensure fair pension benefits for retired teachers who had served under the UGC pay scale.This was stated in a press release issued by the legislator’s office.
