ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 28: ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬಾ ಜಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣ್ಮರೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ 80 ವರ್ಷದ ವೃದ್ದೆಯೋರ್ವರನ್ನು, ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ವಾರಸುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಘಟನೆ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 27 ರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ವೃದ್ದೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬಾ ಜಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು 112 ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.
ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕಾಗಮಿಸಿದ 112 ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವಾಹನದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಾದ ಗಿರೀಶ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚರಣ್ ಅವರು ವೃದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ವೃದ್ದೆಯ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದು ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Shimoga, February 28: An incident occurred on the night of February 27 when police traced and reunited an 80‑year‑old woman who had gone missing at the Marikamba Fair with her family members. The elderly woman had come to the fair along with her relatives. During the event, she went missing. Her relatives immediately informed the police helpline number 112. Upon receiving the information, police vehicle staff Girish and Charan arrived at the spot, searched for the woman, found her, and safely brought her home in the police vehicle, handing her over to her family.
