ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 26: ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಕೂಟಿ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿದ್ದ ನಾಗರಹಾವನ್ನು ಉರಗ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಕ ಸ್ನೇಕ್ ಕಿರಣ್ ಅವರು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಘಟನೆ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಕೆಇಬಿ ವೃತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜಲ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 24 ರಂದು ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಕಚೇರಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೋರ್ವರಿಗೆ ಸದರಿ ದ್ವಿ ಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಜಲ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತ ಹಾವೊಂದು ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಕೆಲ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಕಚೇರಿ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಕೂಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಹಾವು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಚೇರಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಉರಗ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಕ ಸ್ನೇಕ್ ಕಿರಣ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕಾಗಮಿಸಿದ ಸ್ನೇಕ್ ಕಿರಣ್ ರವರು, ಸ್ಕೂಟಿಯ ಫುಟ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿದ್ದ ಸುಮಾರು 2 ಅಡಿ ಉದ್ದದ ನಾಗರಹಾವನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Shivamogga: Cobra found hiding in a scooter at the Water Board office premises!
Shivamogga, March 26: A cobra that had hidden inside a parked scooter was safely rescued by snake conservationist Snake Kiran at the Water Board office premises near KEB Circle in Shivamogga city on March 24.
The scooter belonged to one of the office staff members. For the past few days, some employees had noticed a snake moving around near the Water Board office.
On Tuesday, locals spotted the snake entering a scooter parked in the office premises. Immediately, the staff informed snake rescuer Kiran.
Upon arriving at the spot, Snake Kiran successfully rescued the cobra, about 2 feet long, which was hiding under the scooter’s footboard, and ensured its safe conservation.
