ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ,ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 25: ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈದ್ ಮಿಲಾದ್ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಆಚರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಾಂತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 25 ರಿಂದ 28 ರವರೆಗೆ ಡಿಜೆ ಸಿಸ್ಟಂ ಬಳಕೆ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಭುಲಿಂಗ ಕವಳಿಕಟ್ಟಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 26 ರಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದ್ಯಂತ ಈದ್ ಮಿಲಾದ್ ಹಬ್ಬ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ವಯಸ್ಕರಿಗೆ, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುವ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯುಂಟಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಶಿಫಾರಸಿನಂತೆ ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ-1963 ರ ಕಲಂ 35, 36 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದ್ಯಂತ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 25 ರಿಂದ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 28 ರವರೆಗೆ ಈ ನಿಷೇಧಾಜ್ಞೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
The District Magistrate has ordered a ban on the use of DJ systems across Shivamogga district: What is the reason? | Shivamogga, August 25: In the wake of the Eid Milad festival celebrations and processions in the district, the District Magistrate Prabhulinga Kavalikatti has issued an order banning the use of DJ systems from August 25 to 28 with the aim of maintaining public peace and harmony.
The Eid Milad festival will be held across the district on August 26. There is a possibility of disruption to law and order, causing inconvenience to the public, students, adults, and patients undergoing treatment in hospitals.
In this context, as a precautionary measure, as recommended by the Superintendent of Police, the district administration has said that this prohibitory order will be in force across the district from August 25 to August 28, exercising the powers granted under Sections 35 and 36 of the Karnataka Police Act-1963.
