Shivamogga, October 10: The state government is moving ahead with plans to hold elections for the Zilla Panchayat and Taluk Panchayat—polls that had been delayed—as well as for Gram Panchayats whose terms have expired. While the reservation details for Gram Panchayat seats were announced a few months ago, the constituency-wise reservation list for Zilla Panchayat and Taluk Panchayat seats has now been released.
