ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜನವರಿ 14: ಬಾಗಿಲು ಲಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ತಪ್ಪಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯೋರ್ವಳನ್ನು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆಂದೇ ಇರುವ ‘ಅಕ್ಕ ಪಡೆ’ಯು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ ಘಟನೆ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಜಯನಗರ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಸರ್ವೋದಯ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜನವರಿ 13 ರಂದು ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಸರ್ವೋದಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು, ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಕ ಪಡೆ, ಸಖಿ ಒ್ ಸ್ಟಾಫ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತಾಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಅರಿವು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯೋರ್ವರು, ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ತಲೆ ಸುತ್ತಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಬಾಗಿಲು ಕೂಡ ಲಾಕ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.
ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾದ ಅಕ್ಕ ಪಡೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಬಾಗಿಲು ಮುರಿದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಮೀಪದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕೊಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಕ್ಕ ಪಡೆಯ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ನಿಖಿಲ್ ಬಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
