ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 28: ಮನೆಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನುಗ್ಗಿ ಗಲಾಟೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, 10 ಜನರಿಗೆ 1 ವರ್ಷ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸಿ ಭದ್ರಾವತಿಯ 1 ಎಸಿಜೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಎಂಎಫ್’ಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ರುದ್ರೇಶ್, ವಿಶ್ವ, ಶಿವು, ಗಿರೀಶ್, ಶಶಿಧರ್, ಮಧು, ಶೇಖರಪ್ಪ, ರಾಜಪ್ಪ, ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಹರೀಶ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೊಳಗಾದವರೆಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಲಾ 8 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 80 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ದಂಡ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಗಾಯಾಳುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ರವಿಕುಮಾರ್ ವಿ ಅವರು ಈ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಭಿಯೋಜಕರಾದ ತಿಪ್ಪೇಶ್ ರಾವ್ ಅವರು ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ : 8-3-2019 ರಂದು ಹೊಳೆಹೊನ್ನೂರು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಹಂಚಿನ ಸಿದ್ದಾಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಅಭಿಲಾಷ್ ರವರು ಶಿವರಾತ್ರಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದು, ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಿಚಾಯಿಸಿ ಅವಹೇಳನವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಇದೇ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿಲಾಷ್ ಅವರ ನಿವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಗಲಾಟೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಹಲವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸಿಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಹೊಳೆಹೊನ್ನೂರು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
Fraud Case: 10 People Sentenced to 1 Year in Jail!
Bhadravati, February 28: In connection with a case of breaking into a house, creating a ruckus, and assaulting people, the Bhadravati First Additional Civil Judge and JMFC Court has sentenced 10 individuals to one year in prison. The convicted persons are identified as Rudresh, Vishwa, Shivu, Girish, Shashidhar, Madhu, Shekharappa, Rajappa, Mallika, and Harish.
Along with the jail term, each has been fined ₹8,000. The total fine amount of ₹80,000 has been ordered to be given to the victims. The verdict was delivered by Judge Ravikumar V., while government prosecutor Tippesh Rao argued on behalf of the state.
Case Background: On March 8, 2019, Abhilash, a resident of Hanchina Siddapura village under Holenarsipur Police Station limits, had gone to the temple for the Shivaratri festival. At that time, the accused mocked and insulted him. Later, they went to Abhilash’s house, created a commotion, assaulted several people, and damaged CCTV cameras. Following this, a case was registered at the Holenarsipur Police Station.
