ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 14: ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಹಾರ ಸಚಿವರು ಎರಡು ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನೂ ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಅಭಾವವಾಗದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಲು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅವರು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 14 ರಂದು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯ ನವನಗರ ಹೆಲಿಪ್ಯಾಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 27 ರಂದು ಸಭೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಉಪ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು, ಹೈ ಕಮಾಂಡ್ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್.ವೈ ಮೇಟಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರನ್ನೇ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದೇ ಎಂಬ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿ, ‘ಅವರು ಕೂಡ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಉಪ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಒಂದು ವಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾಗಬಹುದ. ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಜ್ಜಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ದಿವಂಗತ ಹೆಚ್.ವೈ.ಮೇಟಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಆಶಯದಂತೆ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರ ಕನಸನ್ನು ನನಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುದಾನ ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಚೆಕ್ ವಿತರಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮೂರು ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಉಪ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಅಡಿಗಲ್ಲು ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಹಾಗೂ ಛತ್ರಪತಿ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಸವಣ್ಣ ಅವರ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 40 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವುದು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಗಿಮಿಕ್ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಏಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಗಿಮಿಕ್ ಹೇಗಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆದು ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿ ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಬೇಕಿದ್ದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡಿಗಲ್ಲು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
Bagalkote, March 14: Supplying cylinders smoothly is the responsibility of the central government. The state government will distribute if the Centre provides. The Food Minister has already held two meetings and written to the Union Minister, requesting caution so that cylinder shortage does not occur, said CM Siddaramaiah.
Speaking to the media at Navanagar helipad in Bagalkote on March 14, he said a meeting has been called on March 27 regarding internal reservation. A decision will be taken that day, he replied to a question.
On the selection of candidates for the Bagalkote and Davangere assembly by-elections, the Chief Minister said the high command will decide. Responding to a reporter’s question whether H.Y. Meti’s family members would be chosen, he said, “They too are aspirants.”
The by-election may be announced within a week. Preparations have been made, and the Congress party is ready to face the election, he said.
He added that in Bagalkote, a government medical college is being inaugurated, fulfilling the dream and wish of the late H.Y. Meti.
On the opposition leader’s allegation that no allocation was made in the budget for the Krishna Upper Bank Project, he replied that distribution of relief cheques to the affected will begin today, and all victims will be compensated within three to four years.
