ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 15: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ‘ಇ – ಖಾತಾ’ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾಗರೀಕರ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಡಳಿತವು ವಿವಿಧ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ಮೇಳ ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಳ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಮಾಯಣ್ಣಗೌಡರವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 4 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಮೇಳ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತರಬೇಕು. ಸದರಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಸದುಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೇನು ಬೇಕು? : ಸ್ಥಿರಾಸ್ತಿಯ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವ ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸುವ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು. ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ. ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ (ವೋಟರ್ ಐಡಿ, ಪ್ಯಾನ್, ರೇಷನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ), ಕಟ್ಟಡ / ನಿವೇಶನದ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ, ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ (ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ), ಇ.ಸಿ. 2004 ರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ನೊಂದಣಿ ದಾಖಲೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 31-03-2024 ಮತ್ತು ಇ.ಸಿ. 1-04-2004 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಲಿನವರೆಗೆ.
Shivamogga City Corporation again organizing e‑Khata Mela: When? Where? What documents are needed?
Shivamogga, March 15: For properties under the Shivamogga City Corporation limits, obtaining an “e‑Khata” is mandatory. For the convenience of citizens, the Corporation administration is organizing e‑Khata Melas in various localities. Currently, in the month of March, the mela is being held in different wards of the city, said Commissioner Mayannagowdar.
The e‑Khata mela will be held from 10 AM to 4 PM. Aadhaar card with registered mobile number and appropriate documents must be compulsorily brought. The Commissioner has requested citizens to make use of this campaign.

- March 18 – Ward 31, Sharavathi Nagar, City Corporation Library

- Copy of building license (if available)
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC):
- If registered before 2004 → EC from date of registration up to 31‑03‑2024
- If registered from 01‑04‑2004 → EC up to the current year
