ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ(shivamogga), ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 30: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಂತಿರುವ ಬಸವನಗಂಗೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಫರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಳಂಬದ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ, ‘ಉದಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ’ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೆ, ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ತಂಡ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿಯಿತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ.
ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 30 ರಂದು ಅಬ್ಬಲಗೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಪಿಡಿಓ ರಾಜಪ್ಪ, ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಜೂನಿಯರ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಕೊರೆಯಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳ ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಿಡಿಓ ರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ‘ಬಸವನಗಂಗೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಪಂನಿಂದ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಕೊರೆಯಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸದರಿ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಮೂರ್ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪೈಪ್ ಲೈನ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು’ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
‘ಹೊಸ ಮೀಟರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರ್ ಆರ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಮಂಜೂರಿಗೆ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುವ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ, ಅಬ್ಬಲಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮೀಟರ್ ನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಗೆ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಇದೆ ವೇಳೆ ಪಿಡಿಓ ರಾಜಪ್ಪರವರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನಿರಂತರ ವರದಿ : ಬಸವನಗಂಗೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಅಭಾವದ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಉದಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ವರದಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದರ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಆಡಳಿತ ಹೊಸ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಕೊರೆಯಿಸಿ, ಪೈಪ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಕೊರೆಯಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಾದರೂ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ದೊರಕದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ, ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಉದಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 29 ರಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವರದಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದರ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೀಗ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಏನೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ, ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನೂತನ ಬೋರ್’ವೆಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಸವನಗಂಗೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂಬುವುದು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರ ಆಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ.
‘Udaya Sakshi’ report results: MESCOM, Gram Panchayat officials rushed to Basavanagangur village in Shivamogga!

Shivamogga, April 30: Following the publication of a report in ‘Udaya Saakshi’ digital news regarding the delay in providing electricity connection to the water supply borewell in Basavanagangur village, which is adjacent to Shivamogga city, a team of MESCOM and Gram Panchayat officials visited the village and inspected it.
On April 30, Abbalagere Gram Panchayat PDO Rajappa, MESCOM junior engineer and contractors inspected the site where the borewell was drilled. Steps have been taken to provide electricity connection.
Speaking in this regard, PDO Rajappa said, ‘The borewell was drilled by the Gram Panchayat for the purpose of supplying water to Basavanagangur village. The MESCOM engineer said that the said borewell will be connected to electricity in the next three to four days. Since the pipeline has already been connected, water will be supplied as soon as the electricity connection is available, he informed.
‘Due to the delay in sanctioning the new meter and RR number, a request has been made to MESCOM to install the electricity meter in Abbalagere to the said borewell. The necessary documents and letters in this regard have been submitted to MESCOM,’ PDO Rajappa clarified.
Continuous report: ‘Udaya Saakshi’ Digital News had published a report on the water shortage in Basavanagangur village. Following this, the Gram Panchayat administration had drilled a new borewell and laid a pipeline. Since the borewell was not connected to electricity for a month, the village was not supplied with water.
The villagers had objected to this. ‘Udaya Saakshi’ Digital News had published another report in this regard on April 29. Following this, the authorities have now taken steps to provide electricity connection to the borewell.
Regardless of the overall administration’s measures, steps should be taken to supply water to Basavanagangur village through the new borewell within the time limit. The locals are demanding that the rules should not be delayed.
