ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮೇ 04: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಅಟಲ್ ಜನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಲಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸರ್ವರ್ ಡೌನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರ್ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಳಲು ತೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಸದರಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ನೂರಾರು ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಹಲವು ತುರ್ತು ಕೆಲಸಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಆಗಮಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಸೇವೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಮಯ, ಹಣ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೆಲ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಫಲಕ ಹಾಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಸರ್ವರ್ ಡೌನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ನಾಳೆ ಬನ್ನಿ ಎಂಬ ಸಿದ್ದ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಆರೋಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಇತ್ತ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಾಗಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸುಗಮ ಸೇವೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವತ್ತ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
Citizens’ continuous wandering to the Shivamogga Tahsildar’s office: How to administer?
Shivamogga, May 04: For the past few days, the work of citizens has not been done properly at the Atal Janasnehi Kendra of the Shivamogga Tahsildar’s office. There has been continuous wandering to the office. The public has alleged that there is no one to listen to the problem.
The citizens who come to the center complain that the server is down and some technical problems, no work has been done properly at the center for the last three or four days.
Hundreds of citizens come to the said center every day for many urgent work. But the public is angry that time and money are being wasted because proper service is not available.
No information board has been put up about the variation in the service. Adequate information is not being given by these staff. The public alleges that the server is down. Come tomorrow is a ready answer.
First of all, attention needs to be paid to this. Steps should be taken to resolve the problems faced by the Shivamogga Tahsildar’s office. The focus should be on providing smooth services to the citizens.
