ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 05 : ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧೆಡೆ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 05 ರಂದು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಡಳಿತವು ಹಂದಿಗಳ ಸೆರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಹಂದಿಗಳ ಸೆರೆಗಾಗಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಿಂದ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ಕರೆಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ತಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 60 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಭದ್ರತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧೆಡೆ ಹಂದಿಗಳ ಸೆರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ.
ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಸರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರ (ಎಇಇ) ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಲೋಹಿತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ – ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸೆರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ತಂಡದ ಮೇಲುಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Shimoga City Launches Pig-Capturing Operation with Police Security! | Shimoga, August 05: On August 05, the Shimoga City Municipal Administration launched a pig-capturing operation across various parts of the city. For this purpose a special team from Tamil Nadu has been brought in by the municipal administration. The team consists of more than 60 members. The operation has begun in different areas of the city under police protection.
Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Prabhakar from the Municipal Health and Environment Department, Health Officer Lohith Kumar, along with other officials and staff, are supervising the pig-capturing team.
Reason: According to municipal sources, the operation was initiated following several public complaints regarding the increasing menace of pigs in different parts of Shimoga city and its outskirts.
