ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 24: ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ. ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 28 ರಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 17 ರವರೆಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ 41ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಭುಲಿಂಗ ಕವಳಿಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅವರು ಇಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಚೇರಿ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರ ನೀಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ 17, ಭದ್ರಾವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 06, ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ 03, ಸಾಗರ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕಾರಿಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ 05 ಮತ್ತು ಸೊರಬದಲ್ಲಿ 02 ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 41ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ.
19009ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸದರಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 7188ಬಾಲಕರು ಹಾಗೂ 10567ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 17,755ರೆಗ್ಯೂಲರ್ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, 871 ಪುನರಾವರ್ತಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, 380 ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ 03ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಲು ಮೂರು ಜನರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ 12 ತಂಡವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಗತ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ಭದ್ರತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ದಿನಗಳಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ 200ಮೀ. ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಂಹಿತೆ 163ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಷೇಧಾಜ್ಞೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯವಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಉಚಿತ ಬಸ್ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬಸ್ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಪ್ರವೇಶಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮದ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗದೇ ಆತಂಕವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಸಮಾಧಾನಚಿತ್ತರಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಈವರೆಗಿನ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವು ಓದಿದ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ಸಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ತಮ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಕಲಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ವಿಶೇಷ ತರಗತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೋಧನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎನ್.ಹೇಮಂತ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಪೋಷಕರ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಸಂಜೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಲಿಕಾ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಒತ್ತಡವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬರುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಹೊಂದುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಹಿನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದ ಅವರು, ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಡೆಗೆ ಇರುವ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಮುಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನಿಂದ ಅನ್ವಯಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸಿ.ಇ.ಟಿ. ತರಬೇತಿ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸದಾಶಯ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಆತಂಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದ ಅವರು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು ನಕಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಂಬಲರ್ಹವಾದುವುಗಳಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ವಿಚಲಿತರಾಗದಂತೆ ಅವರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಿ.ಅಭಿಷೇಕ್ಮತ್ತು ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಗುಂಡಪಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
Second PUC Annual Examinations will be held from February 28 to March 17 in Shivamogga district.
Shivamogga, February 24: The Second PUC annual examinations for the current academic year will be conducted from February 28 to March 17 at 41 examination centres across the district. Deputy Commissioner Prabhulinga Kavalikatti stated that the district administration has taken all necessary steps to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
He was addressing the media at his office auditorium today.
Examination Centres:
- Shivamogga – 17 centres
- Bhadravathi – 6 centres
- Thirthahalli – 3 centres
- Hosanagara – 3 centres
- Sagar – 5 centres
- Shikaripura – 5 centres
- Soraba – 2 centres
A total of 19,009 students will appear for the examination. This includes 17,755 regular students (7,188 boys and 10,567 girls), 871 repeaters, 380 private candidates, and 3 students appearing for result improvement.
To ensure timely delivery of question papers, 12 teams consisting of three officials each have been formed, and necessary police security has been arranged. Prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita have been imposed within a 200-metre radius around examination centres on exam days.
Instructions have been issued to MESCOM’s Superintending Engineer to prevent power disruptions during examination hours. Additionally, free bus services have been arranged to help students reach their examination centres. Students can travel free of cost on State Road Transport Corporation buses by showing their hall ticket.
The Deputy Commissioner advised students to remain calm, avoid stress, and write their exams confidently based on their preparation. He also mentioned that special classes had already been conducted for academically backward students in the district.
District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer N. Hemanth said that special evening classes were conducted daily based on parents’ requests. He expressed confidence that the district would achieve good results due to the sincere efforts of students and teachers.
He further stated that from the next academic year, CET coaching classes are planned to be introduced to ensure that no student fails. Clarifying concerns about question paper leaks, the Deputy Commissioner assured that there will be no leakage and urged parents and students not to believe fake question papers circulating on social media.
On the occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner V. Abhishek and Deputy Director of the Pre-University Education Department Chandrappa Gundappalli were also present.
