ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜುಲೈ 10: ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆಯ ತೀವ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಡ್ಯಾಂಗಳಾದ ಲಿಂಗನಮಕ್ಕಿ, ತುಂಗಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಭದ್ರಾ ಡ್ಯಾಂಗಳ ಒಳಹರಿವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಇಳಿಕೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ.
10/07/2026 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಂತೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜಲವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾದ ಲಿಂಗನಮಕ್ಕಿ ಡ್ಯಾಂನ ಒಳಹರಿವು 19,496 ಕ್ಯೂಸೆಕ್ ಗೆ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೊರಹರಿವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಡ್ಯಾಂನ ನೀರಿನ ಮಟ್ಟ 1762.05 (ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಮಟ್ಟ : 1819) ಅಡಿಯಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಇದೇ ದಿನದಂದು 1797. 05 ಅಡಿಯಿತ್ತು. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವರ್ಷ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 35 ಅಡಿಯಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆ ನೀರು ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಧ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜಲಾಶಯವಾದ ಭದ್ರಾ ಡ್ಯಾಂನ ಒಳಹರಿವು 13,123 ಕ್ಯೂಸೆಕ್ ಒಳಹರಿವಿದ್ದು, 218 ಕ್ಯೂಸೆಕ್ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹೊರ ಬಿಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಡ್ಯಾಂನ ನೀರಿನ ಮಟ್ಟ 146 ಅಡಿ 1 ಇಂಚು (ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಮಟ್ಟ : 186) ಇದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಇದೇ ದಿನದಂದು ಡ್ಯಾಂ ನೀರಿನ ಮಟ್ಟ 173 ಅಡಿ 7 ಇಂಚು ಇತ್ತು.
ಜಲಾನಯನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ತುಂಗಾ ಡ್ಯಾಂನ ಒಳಹರಿವಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕುಸಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 22,058 ಕ್ಯೂಸೆಕ್ ಇದ್ದು, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಡ್ಯಾಂ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಮಟ್ಟ ತಲುಪಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಒಳಹರಿವಿನಷ್ಟೆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹೊರ ಹರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮಳೆ ವಿವರ : 10/7/2026 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಕಳೆದ 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಘಟ್ಟ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ಮಳೆ ವಿವರ ಈ ಮುಂದಿನಂತಿದೆ. ಮಾಣಿ 45 ಮಿಲಿ ಮೀಟರ್ (ಮಿ.ಮೀ.), ಯಡೂರು 42 ಮಿ.ಮೀ., ಹುಲಿಕಲ್ 45 ಮಿ.ಮೀ., ಮಾಸ್ತಿಕಟ್ಟೆ 58 ಮಿ.ಮೀ., ಚಕ್ರಾ 52 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾವೇಹಕ್ಲುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ 52 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ಮಳೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
Monsoon rains decrease in Malnad: Significant drop in inflow of Linganamakki, Tunga, Bhadra dams!
Shivamogga, July 10: The intensity of monsoon rains has further decreased in Malnad. Due to this, there has been a further decrease in the inflow of major dams such as Linganamakki, Tunga and Bhadra dams.
As of 8 am on 10/07/2026, the inflow of Linganamakki dam, the major hydroelectric power generation center of the state, has decreased to 19,496 cusecs. The outflow has been completely stopped.
The water level of the dam is 1762.05 feet (maximum level: 1819). Last year, it was 1797. 05 feet on the same day. Compared to last year, the current year has accumulated approximately 35 feet less water.
The inflow of Bhadra Dam, the main reservoir of Central Karnataka, is 13,123 cusecs and 218 cusecs of water is being released. The water level in the dam is 146 feet 1 inch (maximum level: 186). Last year on the same day, the water level in the dam was 173 feet 7 inches.
Due to the complete reduction in the rainfall in the catchment area, the inflow of Tunga Dam has also declined. Currently, it is 22,058 cusecs and since the dam has already reached its maximum level, only the inflow is being released.
Rainfall details: The rainfall details of the areas under the Western Ghats in the district during the last 24 hours ending at 8 am on 10/7/2026 are as follows. Mani received 45 millimeters (mm), Yadoor received 42 mm, Hulikal received 45 mm, Mastikatte received 58 mm, Chakra received 52 mm and Savehaklu received 52 mm.
