ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 12: ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಟರ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ವಾಹನದ ನಡುವೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯೋರ್ವಳು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟು, ಮತ್ತೋರ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಘಟನೆ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮೆಗ್ಗಾನ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 12 ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1. 30 ರ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ.
ಕಾರ್ಕಳ ಮೂಲದ ಲಾವಣ್ಯ (25) ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೋರ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕೊಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮೆಗ್ಗಾನ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆಗೆಂದು ವಾಟರ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಸದರಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಎದುರಿನಿಂದ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೆಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಲಾವಣ್ಯ ಅವರ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ವಾಹನದ ಚಕ್ರ ಹರಿದು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದು, ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಲಾವಣ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಸುನೀಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಘಟನಾ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಭೇಟಿಯಿತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Shivamogga : Medical College Student Dies in Accident – Another Injured!
Shivamogga, March 12: A collision between a two-wheeler and a water tanker resulted in the death of a medical college student and injuries to another. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on March 12 within the premises of the Government McGann Hospital in Shivamogga.
The deceased has been identified as Lavanya (25), a native of Karkala. The other student who was injured has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
The water tanker had arrived to supply water for ongoing construction work inside the hospital premises. At the same time, the two students were approaching on a two-wheeler.
Lavanya fell, and the vehicle’s wheel ran over her head, causing severe injuries. She died on the spot. Police from the West Traffic Station visited the scene and conducted an investigation.
