ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 23: ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಹಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಹೊರವಲಯ ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪುರದಾಳು ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಗಾಡಿಕೊಪ್ಪದ ನಿವಾಸಿ ದತ್ತಾತ್ರಿ ಎಂಬುವರಿಗೆ ಸದರಿ ಹಸುಗಳು ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾಗಿವೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 19 ರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಕಳ್ಳರು ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಳುವಾದ ಎರಡು ಹಸುಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯ 1.20 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಿಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡುರಾತ್ರಿ ವೇಳೆ ಕಾರೊಂದು ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಶಂಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಲೀಕರು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
‘ಸದರಿ ಹಸುಗಳು ಒಂದು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 10 ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ತುಂಗಾ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಳುವಾದ ಹಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು’ ಎಂದು ಜಾನುವಾರು ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ದತ್ತಾತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Shivamogga: Two cows worth lakhs stolen!
Shivamogga, March 23: An incident of theft of two cows worth lakhs of rupees has taken place on Puradalu Road in the outskirts of Shivamogga city. The stolen cows belonged to Dattatri, a resident of Gadikoppa. On the night of March 19, thieves carried out the act. The value of the two stolen cows is estimated at ₹1.20 lakh.
CCTV cameras installed in the cowshed captured footage of a car moving around at midnight. The owner suspects that the cows were stolen using that very car. “The cows used to yield 10 liters of milk each at a time. A complaint has been lodged at the Tunga Nagar Police Station. The police must trace and recover the stolen cows,” said the cattle owner, Dattatri.
