ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 27: ‘ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕಂಡುಕೇಳರಿಯದ ಚಂಡರಮಾರುತ… ಉರುಳಿಬಿದ್ದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಅಡಕೆ, ತೆಂಗಿನ ಮರಗಳು… ಹಾರಿಹೋದ ನೂರಾರು ಮನೆಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ಛಾವಣಿ… ಹಾನಿಗೀಡಾದ ಗೋಡೆಗಳು… ಎಲ್ಲೆಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಗಳು… ಯುದ್ಧ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಂತೆ ಭಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು… ಬೀದಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಬಡ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರ ಬದುಕು..!’
ಇದು, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಹೊಳೆಹೊನ್ನೂರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆನವೇರಿ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 26 ರ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ರಣ ಭೀಕರ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿ – ಮಳೆ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದ ನರಕಸದೃಶ್ಯ ವಾತಾವರಣದ ಹೈಲೈಟ್ಸ್ ಗಳು..!!
ಹೌದು. ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 1 ಗಂಟೆ ಕಾಲ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾಲ ಬಿದ್ದ ಭಾರೀ ಮಳೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂಡಮಾರುತವು, ಹಲವು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರ ಬದುಕನ್ನೇ ಬುಡಮೇಲು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಗದಷ್ಟು ಅನಾಹುತಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ನೂರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನಷ್ಟ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ : ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಹನುಮಂತಾಪುರ, ಅಶೋಕ ನಗರ, ಮೈದೊಳಲು, ಕೈಮರ, ಗುಡಮಗಟ್ಟೆ, ಅಗರದಹಳ್ಳಿ, ತಡಸ, ಸನ್ಯಾಸಿಕೊಡಮಗ್ಗೆ, ಹಂಚಿನ ಸಿದ್ದಾಪುರ, ಸಿದ್ಲಿಪುರ, ಮಂಗೋಟೆ, ನಾಗಸಮುದ್ರ, ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪುರ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್, ಅರಹತೊಳಲು, ವಡ್ಡರಹಟ್ಟಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ದುರಂತ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ.
ಎಲ್ಲೆಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಗಳು ಉರುಳಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿವೆ. ಮನೆಗಳ ಗೋಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೇಲ್ಛಾವಣಿಗಳು ಕಿತ್ತು ಹೋಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ – ಸಿಎಂ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಲಿ
*** ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಅಸೆಂಬ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಹಲವೆಡೆ ಹಿಂದೆಂದೂ ಕಂಡುಕೇಳರಿಯದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಹಾನಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ನೂರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳಷ್ಟು ನಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ತುರ್ತು ಸ್ಪಂದನೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ವಿಶೇಷ ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೀಡಾದ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಸಮರೋಪಾದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ
*** ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿ – ಮಳೆಯಿಂದ ತೊಂದರೆಗೊಳಗಾದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 26 ರ ಸಂಜೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಗದಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಗಳು ಮುರಿದು ಬಿದ್ದಿವೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಭಾರೀ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮರೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
‘ಉದಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ’ ವರದಿಯಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತ ಆಡಳಿತ

These are the highlights of the hellish atmosphere caused by the fierce storm and rain that fell on Sunday evening, April 26, in various villages around Holehonnur and Anaveri under the Shivamogga Rural Assembly constituency..!!
Yes. The heavy rain and storm that fell for about 1 hour have uprooted the lives of many villagers. It has caused untold devastation. Hundreds of crores of rupees have been caused.
Distress: A major disaster has occurred in many villages, especially Malligenahalli, Hanumanthapur, Ashoka Nagar, Maidolalu, Kaimara, Gudamagatte, Agaradahalli, Tadasa, Sanyasi Kodamage, Hanchin Siddapura, Sidlipura, Mangote, Nagasamudra, Lakshmipur Camp, Arahatholalu, Vaddarahatti.
Trees and electric poles have fallen everywhere. The walls of houses have been damaged. Local villagers are crying that the roofs have been torn off.

*** Unprecedented damage has occurred in many places under the Shivamogga Rural Assembly constituency. Losses amounting to hundreds of crores of rupees. More compensation and urgent response are needed. For this reason, the Central and State governments should send special teams to the said villages. A special package should be announced. Relief needs to be provided to the affected villagers within the time limit.
Emergency operation needed
*** Power supply has been cut off in the villages affected by the storm and rain in the Shivamogga Rural Assembly constituency since the evening of April 26. An uncountable number of electricity poles have been broken. The villagers are facing a huge problem. Due to this, the administration should immediately undertake a relief operation on an emergency basis. The villagers have demanded that steps be taken to provide power within the time limit.
Administration awakened by the ‘Udaya Saakshi’ report
*** ‘Udaya Saakshi’ Digital News had published a special report on the night of April 26 that although a major disaster occurred due to storm and rain in the Shivamogga Rural Assembly constituency, the administration is not doing any sincere work to help the affected villagers. The said report went viral on social media. Following this, the officials who woke up informed that they had visited many villages overnight and had been working to help the villagers.
