ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ (thirthahalli ), ಜೂನ್ 21: ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ನಾಡ ಬಂದೂಕು ತಯಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ಓರ್ವನನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಘಟನೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಅಕ್ಲಾಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಸುಧಾಕರ ಆಚಾರಿ (56) ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಪಿಯಿಂದ ನಾಡ ಬಂದೂಕನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಜೂನ್ 21 ರಂದು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಅಕ್ಲಾಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ನಾಡ ಬಂದೂಕು ತಯಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾದ ಖಚಿತ ವರ್ತಮಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಪಿ ವಿರುದ್ದ ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಕಲಂ 3, 5 ಮತ್ತು 25 ರ ಅಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಡಿವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ ಅರವಿಂದ ಕಲಗುಜ್ಜಿ ಇನ್ಸ್’ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಬೇಗ್ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಬ್ ಇನ್ಸ್’ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಆರ್ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಾದ ಲಿಂಗೇಗೌಡ, ಪ್ರವೀಣ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಪರಮೇಶ್ ನಾಯ್ಕ್, ದೀಪಕ್, ದೀಪಕ್ ಕೆ ಪಿ, ಪ್ರಮೋದ್ ಜಿ, ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ, ಮೋಹನರವರು ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
Illegal country-made gun manufacturing in Akalapur, Tirthahalli: One arrested
Tirthahalli, June 21: Police arrested a man in Akalapur village, Tirthahalli taluk, Shivamogga district, for allegedly manufacturing country-made guns illegally.
The accused has been identified as Sudhakar Achari (56). A country-made gun was seized from him, according to a press release issued by the police department on June 21.
Acting on confirmed information about illegal gun-making in Akalapur, police carried out the operation. A case has been registered against the accused at Tirthahalli Police Station under Sections 3, 5, and 25 of the Arms Act.
The arrest was made under the guidance of DySP Aravind Kalagujji and Inspector Imran Beg. The operation was successfully executed by Sub-Inspector R. Sushma along with staff members Lingegowda, Praveen Kumar, Paramesh Naik, Deepak, Deepak K.P., Pramod G., Raghavendra, and Mohan, as stated in the release.
