ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ನೆಹರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15 ರಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ 80 ನೇ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ, ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು..!
ಲಭ್ಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅನುಸಾರ, ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 21 ಸಾವಿರ ಶಾಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೆಹರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 3 ಸಾವಿರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಳಿದ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 18 ಸಾವಿರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಹೊಸ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದೆ!
ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟು : ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರೂ ಆದ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ ಸದರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ, ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಸಿದ್ದತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಭುಲಿಂಗ ಕವಳಿಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಸಿಇಓ ಹೇಮಂತ್, ಎಸ್ಪಿ ನಿಖಿಲ್ ಬಿ ರವರೇ ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಗೊಂದಲ – ಗಡಿಬಿಡಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವಾಗದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ – ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ನೆಹರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಮರಳಿ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಲು ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಸಮಗ್ರ ನೀಲನಕ್ಷೆಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತಾಲೂಕು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ (ಬಿಇಓ) ರಮೇಶ್ ನಾಯ್ಕ್ ಅವರು, ಹಲವು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಖುದ್ದು ಭೇಟಿಯಿತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಜೊತೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕೆಲ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಾಹನಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೆಲ್ಲದರ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ನೆಹರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಾಗರವೇ ಹರಿದು ಬರುವಂತಾಯಿತು.
ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದ ತುಂಬೆಲ್ಲ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲರವ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿತು.ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತದ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಸಿದ್ದತೆಗಳ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಗೊಂದಲ – ಗಡಿಬಿಡಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಂತಸದಿಂದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ, ಕವಾಯತು, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಣ್ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಾಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ದಂಡೇ ಹರಿದುಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತದ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಂತೂ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
21,000 School Students for Independence Day: Shimoga District Administration Creates History! | Report: B. Renukesh |Shimoga, August 15: At the Nehru Stadium in Shimoga city, the 80th Independence Day celebration organized by the district administration on August 15 drew thousands of school students, capturing everyone’s attention.
According to available information, nearly 21,000 school students participated in the Independence Day program at Nehru Stadium. Of these, around 3,000 students took part in various cultural performances, while the remaining 18,000 attended as spectators.
This is the first time such a massive number of students have participated in the district administration’s Independence Day celebration in Shimoga city, marking a historic achievement.
Highlights: District in-charge minister and School Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa hoisted the national flag at the event. The district administration had made extensive preparations to ensure participation from students of various government and private schools.
Deputy Commissioner Prabhuling Kavalikatti, Zilla Panchayat CEO Hemant, and SP Nikhil B. took measures to avoid any confusion or disorder. The education department was given clear instructions and guidance.
Following senior officials’ directions, the education department arranged for the safe transport of students to Nehru Stadium and back to their schools. Teachers had been briefed for several days, and a comprehensive plan was prepared.
Shimoga Taluk Block Education Officer (BEO) Ramesh Naik personally visited several schools, consulted with teachers, and arranged vehicles where necessary. As a result, on the morning of August 15, a sea of children poured into Nehru Stadium.
The stadium was filled with the cheerful voices of students. Thanks to the district administration’s meticulous planning, there was no confusion or disorder. The children joyfully witnessed the flag hoisting, parade, and cultural programs.
Overall, the district administration’s effort to bring a massive number of school students to the Independence Day celebration attended by School Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa was a complete success.
