ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 27: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಹೊರವಲಯ ತ್ಯಾವರೆಕೊಪ್ಪ ಹುಲಿ – ಸಿಂಹಧಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ನವಜಾತ ಸಿಂಹದ ಮರಿಗಳು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ದಾರುಣ ಘಟನೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತಡವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ!
ಗುಜರಾತ್ ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ತ್ಯಾವರೆಕೊಪ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ‘ಸಾರಾ’ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಸಿಂಹವು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜನ್ಮ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಇದು ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಹೆರಿಗೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಆದರೆ ತಾಯಿ ಸಿಂಹದಿಂದ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಲು ದೊರಕದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ, ಮರಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ನಿತ್ರಾಣಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದವು ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದರಿಂದ ದಿನಕಳೆದಂತೆ ಮರಿಗಳ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟು, ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮರಿಗಳು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ಮೂರನೇ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ನಿಗೂಢ : ಸಿಂಹದ ಮರಿಗಳ ಜನನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯಾಗಲಿ, ಅವುಗಳ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ತ್ಯಾವರೆಕೊಪ್ಪ ಸಿಂಹಧಾಮ ಆಡಳಿತ ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಡೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

Shivamogga : Death of Four Newborn Lion Cubs – Incident Comes to Light Late!
Shivamogga, September 27: A tragic incident involving the death of four newborn lion cubs at the Tyavarekoppa Tiger and Lion Safari located on the outskirts of Shivamogga city has reportedly occurred though the matter has only recently come to light.
A female lion named ‘Sara’, brought to Tyavarekoppa from Gujarat, gave birth to four cubs in the first week of September. This was her first litter.
Reports indicate that the cubs gradually became weak because they did not receive adequate milk from the mother.
Consequently, their health deteriorated over time, and it is reported that all four cubs died during the third week of September.
Mystery: The administration of the Tyavarekoppa Lion Safari maintained secrecy regarding the birth of the cubs, their illness, and their subsequent deaths, sparking various discussions among the public.
While official details regarding the deaths of the four cubs are yet to be released, the incident has caused deep distress among wildlife enthusiasts.
