ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 19: ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಗರ – ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ 13 ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಮೊದಲ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ವಿತರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಮುಂದಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ, 16-03-2026 ರಂದು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಿವರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪಾಲಿಕೆವಾರು ವಿವರ : ಉಳಿದಂತೆ 2 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ತುಮಕೂರು, 3 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, 4 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು, 5 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, 6 ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ – ಧಾರವಾಡ,
7 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗಾಂ, 8 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜಯಪುರ, 9 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸನ, 10 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ, 11 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಯಚೂರು, 12 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀದರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊನೆಯ 13 ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಿದೆ.
ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ : 16-03-2026 ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಂತೆ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಅಡಿ 2976 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 2147 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 2131 ‘ಎ’ ಖಾತಾ ಹಾಗೂ 16 ‘ಬಿ’ ಖಾತಾ ಆಗಿದೆ. 76 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ತಿರಸ್ಕೃತವಾಗಿವೆ. 753 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಬಾಕಿಯಿದೆ.
ನಿರಂತರ ಭೇಟಿ : ‘ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಮೇಳಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ತಾವು ಕೂಡ ವಾರದ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ದಿನಗಳಂದು, ಒಂದೊಂದು ವಲಯ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಖುದ್ದು ಭೇಟಿಯಿತ್ತು ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ನಾಗರೀಕರ ಅಹವಾಲು ಆಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ – ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯವೈಖರಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಮೊದಲ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಮಾಯಣ್ಣಗೌಡ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಿ : ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಯಾವೆಲ್ಲ ದಾಖಲೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಇ – ಖಾತಾ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಗೊಂದಲವಿದ್ದರೆ, ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಮಾಯಣ್ಣಗೌಡರವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

*** ಇ – ಖಾತಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಾಗುವ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳು ನುಸಳುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಕೆಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ – ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿಯೇ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿ, ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದಾಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆಂಬ ದೂರುಗಳು ಕೆಲ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಾಗರಿಕ ವಲಯದಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸದರಿ ದೂರಿನ ಸತ್ಯಾಸತ್ಯತೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹುರುಳಿದ್ದರೆ, ಲೋಪ ಎಸಗುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ – ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
E–Khata System in State Municipal Corporations: Shivamogga First – Mangaluru Last!
Shivamogga, March 19 : The state government has implemented the E–Khata system for immovable properties in urban and town areas. In terms of execution, Shivamogga Municipal Corporation ranks first among the 13 municipal corporations in the state. Shivamogga leads not only in application acceptance but also in issuing E–Khatas. This information was released by the Urban Development Department on 16-03-2026.

Continuous Monitoring:
Municipal Commissioner Mayannagowda stated: “Necessary measures have been taken for effective implementation of the E–Khata system. Regular E–Khata camps are being organized at ward level. Applications are being disposed of within the stipulated time. I personally visit one zonal office each week to hear citizen grievances and review staff performance. This has helped Shivamogga secure the first position in E–Khata implementation.”
Citizen Guidance:
Details of required documents for obtaining E–Khata have been shared with the public. Citizens can secure E–Khata for their properties within the time frame by submitting proper documents. If there is any confusion or delay, they may directly meet the commissioner for clarification.
Take note : There have been complaints from citizens that incorrect property details are sometimes deliberately entered by certain officials, forcing people to make repeated visits to offices. The commissioner has been urged to investigate these complaints. If proven true, strict action should be taken against erring staff to ensure accuracy in E–Khata records.
