ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ 20: ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಗೃಹ ಕಚೇರಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಜೂನ್ ಒಂದರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಒಂದು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 1200 ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾವಕಾಶ ಸಿಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ ಕೆ ಜಿಯಿಂದ ಪಿಯುಸಿವರೆಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಕಡೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ದೊರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ 800 ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ವರ್ಷ 800 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ (ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್) ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು. ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಬಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕುರಿತು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸೂಚನೆ.
15 ಸಾವಿರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ: ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 94.10ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಶೇ.14.06 ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಿಯುಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಶೇ.86.48ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಶೇ. 13 ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಶೇ.100 ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪಡೆದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2393 ಇದ್ದು ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ 766 ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಶೇ.100ರಷ್ಟು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್ಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಶೇ.18 ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಟಗರಿ-1 ಶೇ.16.6, 2ಎ-ಶೇ. 11.5, 2 ಬಿ- ಶೇ.18, 2ಬಿ-ಶೇ.18, 3ಎ- ಶೇ. 8.12, 3ಬಿ- ಶೇ.10 ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಶೇ.2ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಅಂಕ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಂತಿಮ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
2026ರಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇಕಡ 86.48 . 2025ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡ 73.45 ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಇದ್ದು ಶೇಕಡ 13.03 ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ SSLC ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡ 94.80 ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡ 93.20 ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಧನೆ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡ 87.62, ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇಕಡ 85.95 ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ನೋಟ್ ಬುಕ್ ವಿತರಿಸುವ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ.
ಉತ್ತಮ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಅವಲೋಕಿಸಿದರೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪೋಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಉತ್ತಮಪಡಿಸಲು ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪಠ್ಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಕ್ರಮ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾಲ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಉತ್ತಮಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿಶೇಷ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
Karnataka Public School project to be launched in Shivamogga on June 1: CM Siddaramaiah
Bengaluru, May 20: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today held a meeting of senior officials at Home Office Krishna to discuss the issues of the School Education and Literacy Department.
The Karnataka Public School project will be launched in Shivamogga on June 1. 1200 children will get admission in one KPS school, and education will be provided in Kannada and English medium from LKG to PUC at the same place. He instructed that all 800 schools should be fully ready in the next two years.
The Chief Minister instructed to start the tender process for starting 800 Karnataka Public Schools (KPS) this year as soon as possible. Instructions to examine and take action on how to provide school bus facilities to KPS schools.
The Chief Minister advised to submit a proposal to the Finance Department immediately for filling 15 thousand teachers.
Results Improvement: Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa said in the meeting that this time in SSLC. 94.10% results were recorded, which is an increase of 14.06% over last year. This time in PUC, there was an increase of 86.48%, which is an increase of 13% over last year.
The number of schools that got 100% results in SSLC this year is 2393, while last year 766 schools had recorded 100% results. This time, the results of S and ST students in SSLC have increased by 18%. Similarly, the results of students from all backward classes have improved significantly. Category-1 16.6%, 2A-11.5%, 2B-18%, 2B-18%, 3A-8.12%, 3B-10% results have improved.
The improvement in SSLC results in Kalyan Karnataka is 2% higher than private schools. This time no grace marks have been given to any students. This time there will be no SSLC third final exam.
The pass rate of the second PUC in 2026 is 86.48%. In 2025, the pass rate was 73.45%, an increase of 13.03%. Students in rural areas have performed best, and this year the SSLC pass rate has been recorded at 94.80% in rural areas. In urban areas, it has been recorded at 93.20%.
The performance of students in rural areas in the second PUC examination has been recorded at 87.62% this year, while the pass rate of students in urban areas has been recorded at 85.95%. The demand for distributing free textbooks along with free notebooks to school children has been reviewed.
If we look at the previous efforts for good results, a meeting of parents and teachers was held across the state with the clear direction of the Chief Minister. Guest teachers were appointed to improve the results. A text-based study plan was devised. Pre-examinations were conducted at the state level. Supervision was carried out by providing training to teachers from time to time. Special training programs were organized in the Kalyana Karnataka region to improve the results, Minister Madhu Bangarappa informed.
