ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು (bengaluru), ಮೇ 20: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಪೀಠ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ವಕೀಲರ ನಿಯೋಗ ಮೇ 20 ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ.
ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಎಸ್. ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಿಯೋಗವು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೃಹ ಕಚೇರಿ ‘ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ’ದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿತು.
ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಪೀಠದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ನಿಯೋಗವು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿತು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರಾಜಪೇಟೆ ಶಾಸಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾದ ಎ.ಎಸ್. ಪೊನ್ನಣ್ಣ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ವಕೀಲರಾದ ಕೆ ಬಸಪ್ಪಗೌಡ, ಬಿ ಆರ್ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ , ಕೆ ಪಿ ಶ್ರೀಪಾಲ್, ಎಸ್ ಎ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಕಾಂತ್ ಚಿಮಣೂರು, ಚಂದ್ರಕಾಂತ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಸಿ ಎನ್ ಹರೀಶ್, ಎಸ್ ವಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್, ಅನಿತಾ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಮೊದಲಾದವರಿದ್ದರು.
Establishment of High Court Mobile Bench in Shivamogga: Lawyers’ delegation meets CM
Bengaluru, May 20: A delegation of lawyers from Shivamogga submitted a petition to CM Siddaramaiah in Bengaluru on May 20 regarding the establishment of a High Court Mobile Bench in Shivamogga city.
Led by School Education and Literacy Minister and District In-charge Minister S. Madhu Bangarappa, a delegation of office bearers of the Shivamogga Bar Association met Chief Minister Siddaramaiah at his home office ‘Krishna’ and discussed the matter.
The delegation discussed the need for a High Court Mobile Bench in Shivamogga with CM Siddaramaiah and submitted a petition.
On this occasion, Virajpet MLA and Chief Minister’s Legal Advisor A.S. Ponnanna, lawyers from Shimoga such as K Basappa Gowda, BR Raghavendra Swamy, KP Sripal, SA Srinivas, Laxmikant Chimanur, Chandrakant Patil, CN Harish, SV Prakash, Anita Patil were present.
