ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜೂನ್ 04: ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಸಾಗಾಣೆ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ವೊಂದು ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ಘಟನೆ, ಜೂನ್ 04 ರಂದು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ – ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ ನಡುವಿನ ಮಾಚೇನಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಡೈರಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಬಳಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಾಚೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇಂಡೇನ್ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ರಿಫಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸದರಿ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಆಗಮಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಡೈರಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಬಳಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಇಂಡೇನ್ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ರಿಫಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಘಟಕದವರು ಕ್ರೇನ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಯಂತ್ರೋಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ, ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಸುಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಇಂಡೇನ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಶಾಮಕ ವಾಹನ ಬೀಡುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
ಡೈರಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಬಳಿ ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯು ಕೂಡ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸದರಿ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ – ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರ ದುಸ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Gas Tanker Stuck in Slush at Shivamogga | Shivamogga, June 04: A gas transport tanker got stuck in road slush near Dairy Circle, Machenahalli, on the Shivamogga–Bhadravati route on June 04.
The tanker, loaded with gas from Mangaluru, was heading to the Indane Gas refilling unit located in the Machenahalli industrial area. At Dairy Circle, the tanker became trapped in the muddy road. Upon learning of the incident, staff from the Indane Gas refilling unit deployed cranes and other machinery to restore the tanker to a safe position. As a precautionary measure, an Indane fire-fighting vehicle was stationed at the site.
Local Concerns : Residents expressed anger, pointing out that road works near Dairy Circle have been incomplete for years. The service road is also inadequate, making pedestrian and vehicle movement extremely difficult in the area.
