ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 13: ಗಾಂಜಾ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ದೊಡ್ಡಪೇಟೆ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಓರ್ವನನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಘಟನೆ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 12 ರಂದು ಅಣ್ಣಾ ನಗರ ಚಾನಲ್ ಏರಿಯಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಚಿಕ್ಕಲ್ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಂಬ್ರೋಸ್ (50) ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಖಚಿತ ವರ್ತಮಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿಯಿಂದ 85 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ 1 ಕೆಜಿ 720 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತೂಕದ ಗಾಂಜಾವನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಎನ್’ಡಿಪಿಎಸ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Shivamogga: Accused arrested for selling ganja!
Shivamogga, April 13: On charges of selling ganja, the police of Dodda Pete Station in Shivamogga arrested a man on April 12 in the Anna Nagar Channel Area.
The accused has been identified as Mohammad Ambrose (50), a resident of Chikkal Layout. Acting on definite information, the police conducted a raid.
From the arrested accused, 1 kg 720 grams of ganja worth ₹85,000 was seized. In this connection, the police have registered a case under the NDPS Act.
