ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮೇ 27: ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಸಾಧನೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಶಾಸನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಕವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾನೂನು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಗಳ ಆಳವಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಅತ್ಯವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಅನನ್ಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ನಗರದ ಸಿ. ಭೀಮಸೇನರಾವ್ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಬುಧವಾರ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ, ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅಭಿನಂದನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಸೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುವ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಸೋಲಿನ ರುಚಿಯಿಂದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಸಿಹಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ದುಪ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಸಂತೈಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂಬ ಭ್ರಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬಾರದು. ಬದುಕಿನ ದುರ್ಗಮ ಹಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಗುರಿ ತಲುಪಲು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಎಂಎಸ್ಸಿ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ನನಗೆ, ಕಾನೂನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ನೀಡಿದ ಬೋಧನೆ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಮೂಡಿಸಿತು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತೋರ್ವ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶೆ ರಕ್ಷಿತಾ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜೀವನ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ ವೃಂದ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಣಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ. ಸಣ್ಣ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನೂ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮವೂ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ನಾರಾಯಣ ರಾವ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಉಳಿವು ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಳುವವರ ಅಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹೊರೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಸರಳತೆಯ ನಡುವೆ, ಸರಳತೆಗೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಬೆಲೆ ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗದು. ನಾವು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಸೌಜನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ಎನ್ಇಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಸ್.ಎನ್. ನಾಗರಾಜ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯ ನೀಡುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಮನೋಭಾವ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ, ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳು ಸಮಾಜದ ಮೇಲೆ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೂ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಇನ್ನೋರ್ವ ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶೆ ಸಂಮ್ಯಕ್ತಾ ಮುಪ್ಪಾನೆ, ಎನ್ಇಎಸ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಅನಂತದತ್ತಾ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎ.ಎನ್. ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಎನ್ಇಎಸ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಟಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಶ್ವಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಎಚ್.ಸಿ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಐಕ್ಯೂಎಸಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ ಡಾ.ಕಾಂತರಾಜ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ಡಾ. ಎ. ಅನಲಾ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

Shivamogga: “To achieve excellence in the judicial system, deep study of the legal interpretations embedded in statutes is essential,” said newly appointed judge Ananya Shastri.
She was speaking at the felicitation ceremony organized by C. Bhimasen Rao Law College on Wednesday in the college auditorium, honoring senior alumni who have been appointed as judges.
“One must cultivate the mindset to learn from failures. The taste of defeat makes the sweetness of success even greater. Do not live under the illusion of pleasing everyone. On life’s difficult path, hard work is necessary to reach the goal of success. Though I had completed my M.Sc., the teachings of the law college lecturers sparked new curiosity in me about society,” she recalled.
Another newly appointed judge, Rakshita K.S., said: “Alongside academic activities, our faculty also taught us life values. Coming from a rural background, we had no judicial lineage. Dare to dream big. Even small opportunities can become pathways to great achievements. Success requires not only knowledge but also skill, confidence, and continuous effort.”
National Education Society President G.S. Narayan Rao remarked: “The survival and protection of democracy depends on the judicial system. Due to the ignorance of those in power, the judiciary is burdened heavily. Between wealth and simplicity, simplicity can never be priced. The high positions we adorn should never strip us of our humility.”
NES Secretary S.N. Nagaraj added: “The judiciary is a field of immense responsibility. A judge must possess scientific temperament, professional integrity, empathy, and human values. Judicial verdicts have long-lasting impacts on society. Therefore, the personality, honesty, and culture of judges are of utmost importance. Newly appointed judges must ensure that judicial facilities reach ordinary citizens.”
Another new judge, Samyakta Muppane, NES Director M.S. Anantadatta, and Academic Administrator A.N. Ramachandra also spoke. NES Directors T.R. Ashwathanarayana Shetty, H.C. Shivakumar, and IQAC Coordinator Dr. Kantharaj were present. College Principal Dr. A. Anala gave the introductory address.
