ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜುಲೈ 07: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ 369 ರ ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ – ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ನ ರಸ್ತೆ ಅಗಲೀಕರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರಿರುವ ಖಾತೆದಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿದಾರರಿಗೆ 3ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1956 ರ ಕಲಂ 3 ಡಿ (1) ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾದ ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : S.O. 3110(ಇ) ಮತ್ತು S.O. 3109 (ಇ) (ದಿನಾಂಕ: 12.06.2026) ಅನ್ನು ಜೂನ್ 19 ರಂದು ದಿನಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯ ಕಿ.ಮೀ. 422.00 ರಿಂದ 523.600 ರವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ ಅಗಲೀಕರಣ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರಿರುವ ಭೂಮಾಲೀಕರು / ಖಾತೆದಾರರು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕಂದಾಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 18.07.2026 ರಂದು ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಮಂದಿರ, ಹೊಳಲ್ಕೆರ, ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಖಾತೆದಾರರು ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದು, ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಉಪವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Chitradurga – Shivamogga National Highway Widening: 3rd Hearing on July 18
Shivamogga, July 07: In connection with the road widening project of Chitradurga – Shivamogga section of National Highway 369, the account holders and interested parties named in the final notification are advised to appear for the 3rd Hearing.
The final notification number: S.O. 3110(E) and S.O. 3109(E) (Dated: 12.06.2026) issued under Section 3D (1) of the National Highways Act, 1956 was published in the daily newspapers on June 19.
The km. of the highway The landowners/account holders whose names are mentioned in the schedule of road widening scope from 422.00 to 523.600 are required to appear for the hearing on 18.07.2026 at Pravasi Mandir, Holalkera, from 11 am to 1 pm.
The Assistant Executive Engineer of the National Highways Special Sub-Division has informed that all the concerned account holders are requested to appear at the scheduled time with the necessary documents and participate in the hearing.
