ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 25: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಭೀಮೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಹಿಂದೂ ಮಹಾಸಭಾ ಗಣಪತಿ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯು ಬಿಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪಹರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 25 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಧ್ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿತು.
ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಭಕ್ತಾಧಿಗಳ ಜಯಘೋಷದ ನಡುವೆ ಗಣಪತಿಯ ರಾಜಬೀದಿ ಉತ್ಸವ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿತು. ವಿವಿಧ ಕಲಾತಂಡಗಳು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ರಂಗು ತಂದಿದ್ದವು.
ಮಾರ್ಗ : ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯು ಎಸ್.ಪಿ.ಎಂ. ರಸ್ತೆ, ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠಿ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ವೃತ್ತ, ಗಾಂಧಿಬಜಾರ್, ಶಿವಪ್ಪನಾಯಕ ವೃತ್ತ, ಎ ಎ ವೃತ್ತ, ನೆಹರು ರಸ್ತೆ, ಗೋಪಿ ವೃತ್ತ, ದುರ್ಗಿಗುಡಿ, ಜೈಲ್ ಸರ್ಕಲ್, ಕುವೆಂಪು ರಸ್ತೆ,
ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್, ಮಹಾವೀರ ವೃತ್ತ, ಡಿವಿಎಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಲ್, ಕೋಟೆ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಭೀಮೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ತುಂಗಾ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣೇಶಮೂರ್ತಿಯ ವಿಸರ್ಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬಿಗಿ ಪಹರೆ: ಹಿಂದೂ ಮಹಾಸಭಾ ಗಣಪತಿ ವಿಸರ್ಜನಾ ಪೂರ್ವ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಬಿಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪಹರೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಪೊಲೀಸರನ್ನು ಭದ್ರತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಪಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಸಾಗುವ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನ: ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇಡೀ ನಗರ ಕೇಸರಿಮಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಸ್ತೆ, ವೃತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿ ಶೃಂಗರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
Shivamogga: Grand Kick-off for Hindu Mahasabha Ganapathi Procession!
Shivamogga, September 25: The procession of the Hindu Mahasabha Ganapathi—installed at the Bhimeshwara Temple premises in Shivamogga city—commenced ceremoniously on the morning of September 25 amidst tight police security.
The grand street procession of Lord Ganapathi began amidst the spirited chants of thousands of devotees. Various cultural troupes added vibrancy to the event.
Route: The procession proceeds via SPM Road, Ramanna Shreshti Park Circle, Gandhi Bazaar, Shivappanayaka Circle, AA Circle, Nehru Road, Gopi Circle, Durgigudi, Jail Circle, Kuvempu Road, Shivamurthy Circle, Mahaveera Circle, DVS Circle, and Kote Road, culminating in the immersion of the idol in the Tunga River near the Bhimeshwara Temple.
Tight Security: Stringent police security arrangements were made for the pre-immersion procession. Thousands of police personnel were deployed for security duties.
Rapid Action Force units were also utilized for security. Vehicular traffic was prohibited along the procession route.
Thousands of People: Thousands of people participated in the procession. The entire city was decked out in saffron. Major roads and traffic circles were attractively decorated.
