“The Constitution Enabled a Poor Laborer’s Son Like Me to Rise” – Shivamogga Taluk Panchayat EO Parameshwar Shivamogga, August 02: “A poor laborer’s son like me has now become a taxpayer of the nation. The reason behind this is the Constitution,” expressed Taluk Panchayat Executive Officer Parameshwar of Shivamogga. He was speaking after inaugurating the program organized on August 02 at Shobha Layout on the city’s outskirts by the Residents’ Welfare Association, where women civic workers were honored with the traditional bagina offering and a tree-planting drive was held.
