ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 30: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಸೋಗಾನೆ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 30 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆತಂಕ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕರಡಿಯನ್ನು ಸೆರೆ ಹಿಡಿಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಂಡ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7 ಗಂಟೆ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಸೋಗಾನೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಿನಾಯಕ ನಗರ ಸಮೀಪ ಕರಡಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು, ಮನೆಗಳ ಹಿಂಭಾಗ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲೆಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಾಡಿತ್ತು.
ತದನಂತರ ಕಾಂಪೌಡ್ ಹಾರಿ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಒಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿತ್ತು. ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾದ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ದೌಡಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಕರಡಿಯು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಕಾಂಪೌಂಡ್ ಹಾರಿ ಹೊರಬಂದಿತ್ತು.
ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ನಗರ, ದೊಡ್ಡಬೀಳು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತ ಓಡಾಡಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಮತ್ತೆ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಜ್ಯೋತಿನಗರದ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಬಳಿ ಅರಿವಳಿಕೆ ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದು ನೀಡಿ ಕರಡಿಯನ್ನು ಸೆರೆ ಹಿಡಿಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
Shivamogga : Bear spotted at airport captured!
Shivamogga, March 30: The forest department team successfully captured the bear that had been roaming around villages near Sogane in Shivamogga on the morning of March 30, causing panic among residents.
Around 7 a.m., the bear was first seen near Vinayaka Nagar in the Sogane Gram Panchayat area. It wandered through public roads and behind houses. Later, it climbed over the compound wall and entered the airport premises. Forest department staff rushed to the spot immediately. The bear then jumped out of the airport compound and began roaming near Jyothi Nagar and Doddabeelu, before returning to the airport surroundings.
Finally, near the Anganwadi center in Jyothi Nagar, the forest department successfully tranquilized and captured the bear.
