ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 07: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇರುವ ಆಟೋ ಎಲ್ಪಿಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಎನ್ಜಿ ಬಂಕ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ತೈಲ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ದರದಲ್ಲೇ ಇಂಧನ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಭುಲಿಂಗ ಕವಳಿಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 07 ರಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿವರ ಈ ಮುಂದಿನಂತಿದೆ.
ದರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ: ತೈಲ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ದರದ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಬಂಕ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಹಣ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ನಿಗದಿತ ದರಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ : ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ದರಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಣ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಂತಹ ಬಂಕ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ‘ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ-1955’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಲಿಕ್ವಿಫೈಡ್ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲಿಯಂ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ (ರೆಗ್ಯುಲೇಷನ್ ಆಫ್ ಯೂಸ್ ಇನ್ ಮೋಟರ್ ವೆಹಿಕಲ್ಸ್) ಆರ್ಡರ್-2001’ ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Warning of Legal Action Against Fuel Stations Overcharging Auto LPG/CNG in Shivamogga District!
Shivamogga, April 07: The Deputy Commissioner of Shivamogga, Prabhuling Kavalikatti, has issued strict instructions that all Auto LPG and CNG stations in the district must sell fuel only at the rates fixed by the government and oil companies.
In a press release issued on April 07, the DC stated: Mandatory Price Display: Fuel stations, whether run by oil companies or private operators, must prominently display the fixed price details for customers and the public. No extra charges should be collected under any circumstances. Fuel must be sold strictly at the prescribed rates.
Legal Action: If any station is found charging more than the fixed price, strict legal action will be taken against the owners under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Use in Motor Vehicles) Order, 2001.
