ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜುಲೈ 17 : ಗೃಹ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ 31 ನೇ ಕಂತು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಜಮಾಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. ಚಂದ್ರಭೂಪಾಲ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ಧಾರೆ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಸಂವಾದದ ನಂತರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನವು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಯೋಜನೆ: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 31ನೇ ಕಂತಿನ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು 3,79,858 ಅರ್ಹ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಂತಿನ ಲಾಭ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ.
ಒಟ್ಟು ರೂ. 75.97 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ತಲಾ 2,000 ರೂ. ಹಣವು ಮುಂದಿನ ಒಂದೆರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಜಮೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈವರೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 30 ಕಂತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿ.ಬಿ.ಟಿ. ಮೂಲಕ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 3,110.48 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಜಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೃತರ ಖಾತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಣ ವಾಪಸ್: ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ 9,247 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಜಮೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 3,600 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಂದ 3,79,82,000 ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಗೃಹಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಯೋಜನೆ-ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ: ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೃಹಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 200 ಯೂನಿಟ್ವರೆಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯವು ಜುಲೈ 1 ರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಆತಂಕ ಪಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ: ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಮೀಟರ್ ರೀಡರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಈ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಗಾಗಿ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಅಲೆಯುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸ್ಥಗಿತವಾಗಲ್ಲ: ಈ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಕೇವಲ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು 5,09,133 ಗೃಹಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 1,38,566 ಮನೆಗಳ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಶೇ. 29 ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆ ನೀಡಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದರು.
ಅನ್ನಭಾಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ: ತುರ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಿ.ಪಿ.ಎಲ್. ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಕೋರಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಪೀಡಿತರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಳಂಬವಿಲ್ಲದೆ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ವಿತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. ಚಂದ್ರಭೂಪಾಲ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರುಗಳಾದ ಎಂ ಎಸ್ ಬಸವರಾಜಪ್ಪ, ಆರ್ ಶಿವಣ್ಣ, ಇಕ್ಕೇರಿ ರಮೇಶ್, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಎಚ್ ಎಂ ಮಧು, ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳಾದ ಅಮೀರ್ ಅಮ್ಜಾ, ಎಸ್ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್, ಭವ್ಯ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಎಂ ರಾಹುಲ್, ಅರ್ಚನಾ, ಎನ್ ನವುಲೇಶ್,ಯು ಶಿವಾನಂದ, ಕೆ ಉದಯಕುಮಾರ್, ಎಚ್ ಬಿ ಚಿದಂಬರ, ಎಚ್ ಕೆ ಜಯಶೀಲಪ್ಪಗೌಡ, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಭಾರತಿ ಬಣಕಾರ್, ಸಿಡಿಪಿಓ ಗಂಗೂಬಾಯಿ, ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಚಂದ್ರಕಲಾ, ಇತರೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
Good news for gruhalaxmi beneficiaries! | Shivamogga, July 17: The 31st installment of the gruhalaxmi scheme is being released and the money will be deposited in the beneficiaries in the next two days, said C.S. Chandrabhupal, Chairman of the District Level Guarantee Scheme Implementation Authority.
He was addressing a meeting after a video conference held at the Zilla Panchayat Hall under the chairmanship of the State President of the State Level Guarantee Scheme Implementation Authority. He said that the implementation of the government’s ambitious guarantee schemes in the district is progressing successfully.
gruhalaxmi Scheme: The 31st installment of money has been released to the beneficiaries of the Grihalakshmi scheme in Shivamogga district and a total of 3,79,858 eligible women beneficiaries in the district will get the benefit of this installment.
A total of Rs. 75.97 crore has been released. Rs 2,000 each will be directly deposited in the account of each beneficiary in the next couple of days. So far, a total of more than Rs 3,110.48 crore has been deposited in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through DBT in 30 installments in the district.
Money withdrawn from the accounts of deceased: 9,247 beneficiaries who have died in the district have been identified and the process of withdrawing the money deposited in their accounts due to technical reasons is underway. Out of these, Rs 3,79,82,000 has already been successfully withdrawn from 3,600 beneficiaries, he said.
Grihajyoti Scheme-Survey: The process of verifying the information of consumers who are getting free electricity up to 200 units under the Grihajyoti Scheme in the district has started from July 1. It has been clarified that the public need not worry about this.
Door-to-door MESCOM staff: MESCOM meter readers and staff are visiting each house and checking the documents. Beneficiaries do not need to go to the MESCOM office for this survey.
No free electricity shutdown: This survey is just a general process of updating the details of the beneficiaries and the free electricity service will not be stopped for any reason.
Out of the total 5,09,133 households registered for the scheme in the district, the survey of 1,38,566 households has already been completed, with 29 percent progress. The public requested the staff to cooperate by providing the necessary documents.
Annabhagya Scheme: BPL card for patients within 15 days
The government has given a good opportunity to the public who apply for BPL cards for emergency health services. The government has given strict orders to the officials to distribute the cards to the sick people within 15 days without any delay, said C.S. Chandrabhupal.
