ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 04: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ತಮ್ಮಡಿಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ಮಾತು ಬಾರದ 14 ವರ್ಷದ ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ಬಾಲಕಿಯೊಬ್ಬಳನ್ನು, ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಂಸಿ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮಡಿಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲಕಿಯೋರ್ವಳು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದಳು. ಅನುಮಾನಾಸ್ಪದವಾಗಿ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬಾಲಕಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಬಾರದಿರುವುದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.
ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕಾಗಮಿಸಿದ ಎಎಸ್ಐ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೀಲಾವತಿ ಅವರು ಬಾಲಕಿಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಬಾಲ ಮಂದಿರದ ಸುಪರ್ದಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಬಾಲಕಿಯ ಪೋಷಕರ ಪತ್ತೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ, ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಸದರಿ ಬಾಲಕಿ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂಗತಿ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಹಕಾರ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ತ್ವರಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೋಶಿಯಲ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಬಾಲಕಿಯು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರ ಮಡಿಲು ಸೇರುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ.
Shimoga: Speech-impaired girl found in Tammadihalli reunited with parents!
Shimoga, August 04: A 14-year-old speech-impaired girl who was found in Tammadihalli village of Shimoga taluk has been safely reunited with her parents thanks to the swift action of the Kumsi Police.
Recently, the girl had arrived at Tammadihalli village by a private bus. Locals noticed her wandering suspiciously and, upon questioning, realized she was unable to speak. They immediately informed the police.
ASI Krishnamurthy and Leelavathi reached the spot, took the girl into their care, and handed her over to the Government Girls’ Home. Efforts were then made to trace her parents.
Through effective use of social media, the police successfully identified her family. It was later discovered that a missing complaint regarding the girl had already been registered at Channagiri Police Station.
With the cooperation of the Child Welfare Committee, the prompt action of the police, and the impactful use of social media, the girl was safely reunited with her parents.
