ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ‘ಆಲ್-ಇನ್-ಒನ್’ ಸೂಪರ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಆದ ‘ರೈಲ್ಒನ್’ (RailOne) ಅನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇದು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸುಲಭ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಹಲವಾರು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್’ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್, ವೇಗ ಮತ್ತು ತೊಂದರೆ ರಹಿತವಾಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ರೈಲ್ಒನ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ (Reserved) ಟಿಕೆಟ್’ಗಳು, ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸದ (Unreserved) ಟಿಕೆಟ್’ಗಳು, ಪ್ಲಾಟ್ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್’ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸೀಸನ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್’ಗಳನ್ನು ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೈಲುಗಳ ಹುಡುಕಾಟ, ಪಿಎನ್ಆರ್ (PNR) ಸ್ಥಿತಿ, ಕೋಚ್ ವಿವರ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಲು ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ನೈಜ ಸಮಯದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ (Real-time tracking) ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸುಧಾರಿತ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕಿಂಗ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೌಂಟರ್’ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘ ಸರತಿ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ರೈಲ್ಒನ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪಾವತಿ ವಿಧಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡಾ 3 ರಷ್ಟು ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ರೈಲ್ಒನ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಪಿಐ, ಡೆಬಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್’ಗಳು, ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್’ಗಳು, ನೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪಾವತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕಿಂಗ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು 14 ಜನವರಿ 2026 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಟಿಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸುಗಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಆನಂದಿಸಲು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ರೈಲ್ಒನ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಗೂಗಲ್ ಪ್ಲೇ ಸ್ಟೋರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಐಒಎಸ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಸ್ಟೋರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಈ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಡೌನ್ ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಬಳಕೆದಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಹಳೆಯ ‘ಯುಟಿಎಸ್ ಆನ್ ಮೊಬೈಲ್’ (UTS on Mobile) ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 1, 2026 ರಿಂದ ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಿದೆ:
ಎ). ಯುಟಿಎಸ್ ಆಪ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀಸನ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕಿಂಗ್, ನವೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರ ನೋಂದಣಿಯನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬಿ). ಪ್ಲಾಟ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್-ವ್ಯಾಲೆಟ್ (R-Wallet) ಟಾಪ್-ಅಪ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೂ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಪ್ ಸ್ಟೋರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಿ). ಯುಟಿಎಸ್ ಆಪ್ನ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಥವಾ ಡೌನ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಆರ್-ವ್ಯಾಲೆಟ್ ರೀಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್’ಗಳನ್ನು ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ರೈಲ್ಒನ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಗೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಸದಾ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.
RailOne Super App integrates multiple railway services
Indian Railways has launched RailOne, its official all-in-one Super App, offering passengers a seamless and convenient digital platform for accessing multiple railway services. The app integrates various passenger facilities into a single application, making railway travel smarter, faster, and hassle-free.
Through the RailOne App, passengers can book reserved tickets, unreserved tickets, platform tickets, and season passes, besides availing several other passenger-centric services. The app also provides advanced features such as train search, PNR status, coach position, and real-time train tracking, all through a user-friendly dashboard. By enabling digital ticket booking, RailOne helps passengers avoid long queues at ticket counters, especially during peak travel hours.
Passengers booking unreserved tickets through the RailOne App will receive a 3 per cent discount across all digital payment modes. The discount is applicable for unreserved ticket bookings made using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other digital payment options on the RailOne platform. This offer is effective from 14 January 2026, encouraging passengers to adopt digital ticketing and enjoy a smooth travel experience.
The RailOne App is available for free download on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Passengers are encouraged to download the app and take advantage of its user-friendly features and exclusive benefits.
Indian Railways will discontinue services on the UTS (Unreserved Ticketing System) Mobile App with effect from 1 March 2026, in a phased manner as under:
a). In the initial phase, season ticket booking/renewal and new user registration were disabled on the UTS on Mobile application.
b). Subsequently, platform ticket booking and R-Wallet top-up functionalities have also been disabled on the UTS on Mobile application, though the application continues to be available on the app store.
c) .Users who update or download the latest version of the UTS on Mobile application from the app store will not be permitted to book platform tickets or recharge the R-Wallet through the application.
Passengers are advised to switch to the RailOne App for booking unreserved tickets and availing related passenger services. Indian Railways remains committed to enhancing passenger convenience through digital initiatives and innovative technology solutions.
