ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ (bhadravathi), ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19: ಬಾಲಕನಿಗೆ ಬೈಕ್ ಓಡಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ 27 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಿ, ಭದ್ರಾವತಿಯ 1 ನೇ ಎಸಿಜೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಎಂಎಫ್’ಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಬಾಲಕ ಬೈಕ್ ಚಲಾಯಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೋರ್ವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ ತಾಲೂಕು ಹೊಳೆಹೊನ್ನೂರು ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಐಎಂವಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಕಲಂ 199 (ಎ), 180, 196 ರ ಅಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದೋಷಾರೋಪಣ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು 19/08/2026 ರಂದು ಬಾಲಕನಿಗೆ ಬೈಕ್ ಓಡಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ 27 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.
Bhadravati, August 19: A man who allowed a minor boy to ride a bike has been fined ₹27,000 by the First ACJ and JMFC Court of Bhadravati.
Based on the allegation that the boy was permitted to drive the bike, police at Holehonnuru station in Bhadravati taluk registered an FIR against the individual.
A case was filed under sections 199(A), 180, and 196 of the Indian Motor Vehicles Act, and a charge sheet was submitted to the court.
After conducting the trial, on 10/08/2026 the court ordered the man to pay a fine of ₹27,000 for allowing the minor to ride the bike.
