ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ, ಜನವರಿ 29: ಭದ್ರಾವತಿಯ ಬೊಮ್ಮನಕಟ್ಟೆ ಏರಿಯಾದ ಮನೆಯೊಂದರ ಹುಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಣವೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಂಜಾ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣವೊಂದನ್ನು, ಭದ್ರಾವತಿ ಪೇಪರ್ ಟೌನ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಜನವರಿ 28 ರಂದು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಖಚಿತ ವರ್ತಮಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗಾಂಜಾ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಖದ್ದೂಸ್ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
4,03,000 ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 8 ಕೆಜಿ 60 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತೂಕದ ಗಾಂಜಾವನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆರೋಪಿ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪೇಪರ್ ಟೌನ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಿ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಎನ್.ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಕೇಸ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.
