ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 13 : ಮಹಾ ಶಿವರಾತ್ರಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 15 ರಂದು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ವಧೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಂಸ ಮಾರಾಟ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಾಂಸ ಮಾರಾಟ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 15 ರಂದು ಬಂದ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಆದೇಶ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸುವ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Shivamogga: Ban on Meat Sales on February 15 for Shivaratri
Shivamogga, February 13: On account of the Maha Shivaratri festival on February 15, the Shivamogga City Corporation Commissioner has issued an order prohibiting animal slaughter and meat sales within the corporation limits.
Meat shop owners are required to close their businesses on February 15 and extend their cooperation.
The Commissioner has warned that legal action will be taken against shop owners who violate this directive.
