ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಏ. 25: ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಾಗರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ವಿಶ್ವವಿಖ್ಯಾತ ಜೋಗ ಜಲಪಾತ ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಮೇ 1 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಜೋಗ ಜಲಪಾತದ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ದ್ವಾರದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ, ಏ.30 ರವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಮೇ 01 ರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಜೋಗ ಜಲಪಾತದ ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೋಗ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Shivamogga, Apr. 25: The world-famous Jog Waterfall in Sagar taluk of the district will be open to tourists from May 1. Due to development work being carried out at the entrance to Jog Falls, entry to tourists and the general public was temporarily restricted until April 30.
The DC and the Chief Executive Officer of the Joga Management Authority have announced in a statement that the public and tourists will be allowed to view the Joga Falls from May 1st.
