ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಜನವರಿ 21: ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತಾಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ (ಇಓ) ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಪ್ಪರವರು, ಜನವರಿ 21 ರಂದು ಅಬ್ಬಲಗೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದಿಡೀರ್ ಭೇಟಿಯಿತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರು.
ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ, ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆ, ಬೀದಿ ದೀಪ, ಉದ್ಯಾನವನಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಇದೆ ವೇಳೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನಾಗರೀಕರ ಅಹವಾಲು ಆಲಿಸಿದರು.
ಓಂ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಲೇಔಟ್ (ಬ್ರೈಟ್ ಸಿಟಿ) ಉದ್ಯಾನವನಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿಯಿತ್ತು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಇಓರವರು, ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಸದರಿ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕು. ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಗೆ ಸೋಲಾರ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ದೀಪಗಳ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಪಿಡಿಓ ರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಹೆಚ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಮನವಿ : ‘ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾಲೋನಿ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಎಲ್ಲೆಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ಲ್ಯಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಎಸೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿ ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳು ಅಸುನೀಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ 2 ಬಾರಿ ಕಸ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯ ವಾಹನ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
ಅಬ್ಬಲಗೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಜನವಸತಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಯುಜಿಡಿ ಶುದ್ದೀಕರಣ ವಾಹನ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಸ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವಾಹನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೈಮಾಸ್ಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ದೀಪದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು’ ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಬಿ ರೇಣುಕೇಶ್ ಅವರು ಇಓಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಇಓ ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಯುಜಿಡಿ ವಾಹನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾಲೋನಿ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ, ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಬಾರಿ ಕಸ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ವಾಹನ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಪಿಡಿಓ ಹೆಚ್ ರಾಜಪ್ಪರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಲೋಹಿತ್, ಅಬ್ಬಲಗೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಬಿಲ್ ಕಲೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಸಂದೀಪ್, ಬಡಾವಣೆ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾದ ಅಭಿನಂದನ್, ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಮೊದಲಾದವರಿದ್ದರು.
Shivamogga Taluk Panchayat EO Parameshwarappa’s Surprise Visit – Inspection!
Shivamogga, January 21: Shivamogga Taluk Panchayat Executive Officer (EO) Parameshwarappa paid a surprise visit on January 21 to various localities under the Abbalagere Gram Panchayat limits and conducted inspections.
He checked cleanliness, solid waste disposal systems, water supply, streetlights, and park maintenance. During the visit, he also listened to grievances from local residents.
At Om Shakti Layout (Bright City) Park, the EO observed the facilities and expressed appreciation for the maintenance. He emphasized that the park’s upkeep must continue properly and instructed the local PDO, Rajappa H, to install solar-powered lights in the park.
Public grievance: “Some residents around Press Colony are dumping plastic waste indiscriminately. Cattle consume this waste and are dying. Currently, garbage collection vehicles come only twice a week, but arrangements should be made for daily collection.
Since Abbalagere Gram Panchayat has many residential layouts, a separate UGD (Underground Drainage) cleaning vehicle should be provided. Another vehicle should be arranged for garbage collection. High-mast lights should be installed in layouts and parks. Roads must be repaired,” journalist B. Renukesh submitted in a petition to the EO.
Responding, EO Parameshwarappa said that the matter of the UGD vehicle would be examined and action taken. He also directed PDO Rajappa H to send garbage collection vehicles four times a week to the Press Colony area.
On this occasion, Panchayat Raj Department Assistant Director Lohith, Abbalagere Gram Panchayat Bill Collector Sandeep, and residents including Abhinandan and Chandrappa were present.
