ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 15: ಸಾಗರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕರೂರು ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಯಡಮನೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ರೈತಾಪಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೊಟೀಸ್ ನೀಡಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರ ನನ್ನ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಆತಂಕ ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಯೂ ಆದ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 15 ರಂದು ಅವರು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನೊಟೀಸ್ಗಳು 2012-13 ರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಗಳು. ಹಳೆಯ ಆದೇಶದ ಅನ್ವಯ ಈಗ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ (ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್) ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರೈತರನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುವುದನ್ನು ತಾವು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೆನೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಾನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸದಂತೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅರಣ್ಯ ಹಕ್ಕು ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಅವರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಇವರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಇನ್ನೂ ಊರ್ಜಿತವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳು ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಮರುಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರೈತರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ಹಿತ ಕಾಯಲು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಡಮನೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಜನರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
“No need to worry, there is no question of eviction”: Minister Madhu Bangarappa assures farmers of Yadamane village in Sagara taluk
Shivamogga, February 15: School Education and Literacy Minister, and district in-charge, Madhu Bangarappa stated that as soon as the matter of forest department notices issued to farming families of Yadamane village in Karuru hobli, Sagara taluk, came to his attention, he immediately instructed the forest department to take appropriate action. He assured the farmers that there is no need for anxiety.
In a press release issued on February 15, he clarified that these notices are based on decisions taken during the BJP government in 2012–13. It is evident that the current implementation is in line with those old orders.
He emphasized that the Congress government has no intention whatsoever of evicting farmers. He has already spoken directly with senior forest officials and issued strict instructions that farmers should not be forcibly displaced under any circumstances.
Although applications were submitted under the Forest Rights Act, due to lack of proper documentation, the applications have not yet been finalized. He explained that appeals need to be filed through the relevant committees. Steps will be taken to review and resubmit these applications through the committees.
Minister Madhu Bangarappa assured that the government is fully committed to protecting the interests of farmers and affected families, and that the people of Yadamane village should not be troubled by any fears.
