ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ (shivamogga), ಮೇ 06 : ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಸಿಐಡಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ದಳದ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಂತೆ ಮೇ 05 ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಕದ್ರಿ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರುತಿ ಸ್ವಿಪ್ಟ್ ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಜನ ಚಿಪ್ಪು ಹಂದಿಯ ಚಿಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರನ್ನು ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಂದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್. ಜಗದೀಶ, ಕನಕಪುರದ ಸಿದ್ದುನಾಯ್ಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬನಶಂಕರಿ 2ನೇ ಹಂತದ ಬಾಬು ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸಾಬ್ ಇವರುಗಳು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಶೇಖರಿಸಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ 5.200 ಕಿ. ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿಪ್ಪು ಹಂದಿಯ ಚಿಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಬಂಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Appeal to provide information about illegal activities related to the Forest and Wildlife Protection Act
Shivamogga, May 06: According to information received by the Mangaluru CID Police Forest Mobile Police, on May 05, three people in a Maruti Swift car were arrested near Kadri Park in Mangaluru who were trying to sell porcupine shells illegally.
H.R. Jagadeesh of Bangalore South, Siddu Nayak of Kanakapura and Babu Tipu Saab of Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore. They were arrested after illegally storing 5.200 kg porcupine shells in the car for sale and the Swift car was seized, a case was registered and the accused were remanded in judicial custody.
