ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿದ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವಂತಹ ಪದವಿ ಮೊದಲನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ 32,000 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ.
